In December 2024, Juniper & Co. stepped onto the site of what would soon become the wedding of a lifetime in Newbury. The big day was set for December 21st, with 200 guests, bespoke canapés, a three-course menu crafted just for them, personalized cocktails, Guinness bars, and memories that would last a lifetime.

As we welcomed 2025, the team at Juniper & Co. felt it was time to come out and show our industry who we really are. 2025 marked a new chapter. Our mission? To make ourselves known, to showcase the heart of Juniper & Co. and what we truly stand for—bespoke seasonal menus, sustainability at the forefront, and a deep commitment to turning food into both a feast for the senses and a tool for social good.

In the world of catering, ‘Sustainability’ has become a bit of a buzz word – a word that often gets banded around for the sake of it, and arguably doesn’t always carry the level of responsibility it promises.
